What a great community we live in! Although the 20th Annual Gulf Breeze Sertoma Family Fishing Rodeo was cancelled, most of our sponsors did pay and wanted to continue giving to our community.
Although we did have losses from no ticket sales, t-shirt sales, and other funding we annually plan on, did raise money for the community. Our losses will be discussed with BP and we hope that they reimburse us for all of our expenditures and losses from the cancellation of the event due to their actions.
We thank our financial sponsors who have supported the event this year. Gulf Breeze Sertoma will continue to hold this annual event and support the local groups, individuals and organizations which it has been involved in the past.
Our future is bright and we remain optimistic.
The 21st Annual Rodeo will be scheduled for 25th and 26th June, 2011.
